1. Privacy and Your Personal Information

Speedy Mobile Tyres respects the privacy of your personal information and is bound by the National Privacy Principals contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Personal information is information about you which includes information you have provided to Speedy Mobile Tyres when placing an Order for Goods through the Website. This type of information includes:

• your business name;
• your address;
• your phone number; and
• your email address.

The information collected may also include your purchasing preferences, dates of purchases and any record of your personal correspondence to Speedy Mobile Tyres.

Please note that we may charge a fee to cover the cost of meeting your request.

If we refuse your request we will provide you with reasons for our refusal within 10 Business Days.
